This warranty applies to the structural elements of the sauna as installed, including the walls, flooring, roof, benches, door, trim, ventilation, and heater mounting. If any issue arises within the first year that’s the result of a construction or installation defect (excluding misuse, alterations, or lack of maintenance), it will be repaired or resolved at no charge.
Sauna heaters and control systems are covered separately under their respective manufacturer warranties.
If a heater or control unit has an issue, we will help diagnose the problem and walk you through the manufacturer’s warranty process — including identifying model and serial numbers and assisting with replacement parts when needed.
Even after the first year, support doesn’t stop. You’re always welcome to reach out for help with troubleshooting, sourcing parts, or coordinating service. After the warranty period, customers are responsible for any parts and labor costs.
Most components are designed to be easily replaceable. While installation and any required electrical work are the customer’s responsibility, we are available to guide you remotely to ensure everything is done safely and correctly.
